Andrea is one of only a handful of ECO Brokers in the Richmond area and co-founder of the Modern Richmond Tour
Andrea has been a Richmond resident for over 30 years. She possesses a love for 20th century architecture and design, from arts and crafts to mid-century to modern. Her expertise shines through when dealing with unique or unusual properties. She has a strong background in design and is very knowledgeable about the renovation process.
As a Richmonder, Andrea stays involved with the community. She is the chair and co-founder of Modern Richmond, a public monthly forum with hands on education of Modern Architecture. She served on Richmond’s Urban Design Committee, and is a Board Member of the RAR Legislative Committee. Andrea takes an active role in urban and regional development, keeping abreast of the most recent current events in our region.
