I was a first time home-buyer and wasn’t sure exactly what I wanted. If Andrea hadn’t been so patient, I might have just given up and stayed a renter for the rest of my life. She is a lover of art and architecture so her eye and imagination really helped me see hidden potential, and is very knowledgeable about the renovation process… She knew when I needed to trust my own instincts, and when I needed her expertise. She is warm, friendly, and patient which always calmed my nerves when I was getting frazzled. After looking for a while, I decided to buy a fixer upper in an up and coming neighborhood. The house was neglected, and the seller’s agent was sometimes hard to reach. Andrea went above and beyond, especially when some last minute problems on the seller’s end threatened to delay my closing. She always answered her phone or called me back right away, and I always felt like she had everything under control.
